Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates - 2023
The dates below are **recommended** delivery cut off dates on shipments with StarTrack, Team Global Express and TNT. All other couriers please ship 2-3 business days prior to these suggest times.
These dates are based on being collected from METRO collection address and delivery to a METRO delivery address;
It doesn't mean if items are sent after these dates they won't be received, however as it gets nearer to Christmas it's more unlikely to be made on time due to increased freight volumes (*especially if the shipment includes items which need manual handling, oversized or non-metro collection and/or delivery which require rural agent processing - see below).

- The collection address is non-METRO you'll need to factor in an additional 1-2 days for the collection
AND/OR
- The delivery address is non-METRO you'll need to factor in an additional 1-2 days for the delivery
AND/OR
- Please also note that any shipments that require manual handling (such as those marked as fragile) or are deemed to be oversize items (i.e. over 120cm) will likely require additional processing time as these are not able to be machine sorted in the various depots along the way.
